In the iOS and Android apps, follow these steps.

1. Open "My Page" from the tab bar at the bottom of the screen
2. Open "Account Settings"
3. Select "Delete Account" and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm

In a web browser, follow these steps.

1. While signed in, open "Account Settings"
2. Select "Go to account deletion"
3. Enter your player ID to confirm, then select "Delete"

If you are unable to delete your account yourself, for example because you cannot sign in, please contact us using the details below. We will verify your identity and delete the account on your behalf.

Please include the email address registered to your account.

The following information is deleted immediately when you delete your account.

• Profile information (name, email address, phone number, address, and so on)
• Profile image
• Deliverables you posted, including their thumbnail images
• Calendar integration settings and any calendar subscription URLs you issued
• Push notification delivery information

The following information remains after deletion, because organizers need it as a record of how their hackathons were run.

• The account record itself. Your profile is erased and you are shown as a "withdrawn user".
• Records of your hackathon applications and participation, used for organizers' participant lists and headcounts
• Survey responses, kept only as anonymous responses for aggregate figures and no longer linked to you
• Deliverables posted by other members of your team, which are not yours to delete

Application details already provided to organizers are also held by those organizers. For how each organizer handles that data, please contact the organizer directly.

Information that remains after deletion is retained for the following periods, under Article 14 of our Privacy Policy.

• Players' personal information: 3 years after account deletion
• Information about works and submissions: 5 years after the hackathon ends

Where a retention period is required by law, that period applies. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.

Once your account is deleted, it and the related information cannot be restored. If you are participating in an ongoing hackathon, please check with the organizer before proceeding.
